My name is Khanittha, but you can call me by my nickname Bow. I’m 40 years old and I have been working as a fitness instructor for 17 years. I’ve been working mostly as a freelance instructor, teaching mostly LesMills classes at gyms in Phuket. I can also teach aerobic, aerial silk and hoop.
I love working out and keeping fit and have been training crossfit on my spare time since 2020. Take a look below to see what I can do.

- Group training
Training with a group of people is a great way to get into a flow and really enjoy working out and getting sweaty. When you train in a group you push yourself and we push each other and make it both fun and challenging!
- Aerial
Aerial training is almost like ballet in the air. Defying gravity is not easy and it pushes me to become both flexible and strong.
- Dance
Dancing is a good way to express yourself. Express mood and emotion. A dance can be so many things and I love to follow the rhythm of a song and create interesting choreography.
